Back in the day, getting cosmetic surgery was something people hid from public glare. More often than not, persons who had gone under the knife would deny ever having had surgery, particularly because of the immoral and destructive perception the society held about people who had worked on their bodies surgically.

But today, that narrative is fast being buried, as more and more persons, particularly women, have become more vocal about having cosmetic surgeries and undergoing body enhancements in order to have the bodies of their dreams. As a matter of fact, going under the knife has become the new normal for celebrities, who stop at nothing to share their experiences, express their joy, and encourage others who might be interested to do the same.

Below is a list of Nigerian celebrities who are vocal about having undergone cosmetic surgery:

Toke Makinwa

This beautiful woman needs no introduction. Toke Makinwa, a.k.a, TM, is one individual who misses no opportunity to show off her body. The best-selling author, Tv host, and Radio personality is in no way secretive about having undergone surgery, perhaps because it was way too obvious. Toke worked on the expansion of her butts, and the minute pictures surfaced online, she admitted that she did undergo surgery. Go girl, you deserve to be happy about your body!
